The candidate must have experience in office administration, typing, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely management of project documents and records.<ul><li>Assist in drafting, preparing reports, and other office-related tasks as required.</li><li>Perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry.</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date project records, files, and documentation.</li><li>Support the Resident Engineer with administrative and technical tasks.</li><li>Perform duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high attention to detail.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to streamline office processes and improve documentation efficiency.</li><li>Assist in formatting and preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other technical documents.</li></ul>With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.Suitable applicants will have/be:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree with relevant computer or IT certifications.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in office management, typing (minimum 30 words per minute), and document handling.</li><li>Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and document preparation.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills to support office operations.</li></ul>SMEC is an equal opportunity employer.
