Identify areas for improvements in the interactions of the OU with Sales and Global Product Group Management and propose solutions. Oversee processes in cooperation with process owners to ensure effective and efficient management of the processes, measuring with appropriate process metrics.</li><li>Ensure effective change management processes are established and followed within the OU including change in product features, design, processes, suppliers, materials, or customer specifications. Ensure right process and tools are in place for OU documentation and all the relevant documents (e.g. quality procedures, work instructions, specifications etc.) are accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Manage and coordinate OU audit programs and associated actions.
