This role creates and updates training materials, leads interactive learning sessions, and provides one-on-one coaching to support agent development. The trainer partners closely with operations leaders to ensure all training aligns with business needs and addresses identified skill gaps. They also monitor performance, track progress, and deliver feedback to improve effectiveness.
