We value the ability to build systems where data integrity and auditability are non-negotiable</li><li>Experience unifying or evolving complex product portfolios to create coherent customer experiences</li><li>MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required</li><li>Deep understanding of "Systems of Record" experience with business workflow, analytics, or disclosure software</li><li>Ability to translate customer needs, regulatory dynamics, and business trends into differentiated product strategy</li><li>Ability to leverage the latest in AI technology and create compelling value for users and customers</li></ul>Working Conditions &amp; Travel Requirements<ul><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time while working remotely, not in a Workiva office</li><li>Up to 30% travel and occasionally more during product launches</li></ul>How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $266,000.00 - $345,700.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
