The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner by identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent as our highly talented team continues to develop solar plus storage projects all around the United States. This role will also support the employee onboarding process, ensuring the handover between recruitment and new hire processes is tightly interwoven, taking on increasing responsibility in this area over time.
