The Lead Security Officer will be trained in all the HQ security duties as well as directing all Contract Security and Full Time Security personnel. The ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective field, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for operational effectiveness within a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>The Lead Security Officer will be responsible for all Security Officers that work in the SOC and patrol positions. The position requires an individual who is professional in appearance, courteous, and helpful to all Lucid employees, contractors and guests.
