They regularly receive general instructions on daily assignments from Leads, Senior Technicians or Engineers and apply their skills to complete a wide range of tasks in the field. Operational discipline and adherence to ICON's policies and standards are critical in this role.<br> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Connect and disconnect electrical, pneumatic, and network cabling to support printer mobility and setup.</li><li>Respond to work orders and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues with guidance from senior technicians and engineers as needed.</li><li>Accurately document work performed and update work orders in the tracking system to maintain clear records.</li><li>Collaborate with Print Operators to maintain printer uptime and assist in identifying the root cause of technical problems.</li><li>Escalate complex problems to senior team members while continuing to contribute towards the resolution.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (1+ years of hands-on experience), OR 2+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, or similar).</li><li>Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Certifications: OSHA 10, CPR, and Lockout/Tagout (all provided by ICON).</li><li>Ability to follow basic instructions and complete tasks under supervision.</li><li>Hands-on experience replacing equipment components.</li><li>High Level: Can look at a piece of equipment and replace it (Ex: rotor stator).
