They will be leading, supporting, and overseeing a team spread across different continents and providing leadership to organisers in multiple countries. The role provides strategic direction, management, and guidance to ensure that 350’s network-building work is strong, impactful, and aligned with global campaigns and programmatic goals.This position will be responsible for ensuring effective systems, structures, and strategies are in place across regional networks, ensuring cohesion and learning across regions while tailoring approaches to local contexts. The Global Networks Manager will also be a key contributor to 350’s broader campaigning strategy, supporting country programme leadership, and ensuring the regional networks contribute to 350’s mission to phase out fossil fuels and accelerate a just energy transition.The Global Networks Manager will focus on three priorities: first, providing leadership and direction to Regional Network Coordinators, ensuring their work is well-supported, accountable, and aligned with organisational goals; second, developing and overseeing the systems, processes, and the cross-regional collaboration needed to sustain healthy, resilient networks; and third, acting as a critical link between regional network organising and global strategy, ensuring that networks both inform and are integrated into 350.org’s campaigns, partnerships, and fundraising efforts. Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in campaigning, organising, or movement-building, including management of staff across multiple countries or regions.</li><li>3+ years of managing diverse and remote teams</li><li>Proven track record of building, supporting, and scaling volunteer-led or grassroots networks in the majority world / Global South.</li><li>Strong experience managing and coaching staff from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Experience in organising in the majority world.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design and implement organising and campaigning strategies that deliver measurable impact.</li><li>Knowledge and experience applying justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) principles in campaigning and organising contexts.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital organising and CRM systems, with experience using data to inform strategy.</li><li>Excellent project management, facilitation, communication, and intercultural skills.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote, international team.</li><li>Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages strongly preferred</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with 350.org local groups or partners.</li><li>Experience organising creative demonstrations, nonviolent direct action, or large-scale mobilisations.</li><li>Experience working in coalitions, particularly with frontline and justice-focused partners. </li></ul>We are looking for someone comfortable working both independently and in teams, highly responsive, and able to lead initiatives as well as take direction from others.   Position Type: Full-time (= 36-hour work week) Application Deadline: Although we hope to begin interviews during the week of 9 February, this job is open until filled, or the hiring manager determines that they can no longer accept applications.Start Date: as soon as possibleCompensation: This position is at 350's salary grade level 3.3 with a set, non-negotiable salary.
