<ul><li>Providing general support &amp; advice on various aspects of mechanical &amp; electrical services</li><li>Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services</li><li>Involve and drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process</li><li>Evaluating Contractor's design proposals and specifications</li><li>Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services</li><li>Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of our firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry</li><li>Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients on MEP matters</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs</li><li>Prepare various main MEP contracts and nominated sub-contracts for contract formalization</li><li>Measure and take off quantities for MEP work elements</li><li>Administer pre and post contract and consultancy work</li><li>Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies</li><li>Compile contract documents for execution</li><li>Understand and adhere to the statutory building regulations</li><li>Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work</li><li>Allocate work to subcontractors</li><li>Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports</li><li>Maintain awareness of different building contracts in current use</li><li>Valuing completed work and arranged payments</li><li>Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts</li></ul>
