We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Job Summary:Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implement, and manage end-user technology solutions across various devices, including PCs, MacBooks, Tablets, and Smartphones.</li><li>Utilize enterprise tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Desktop Toolkit, and Apple Business Manager.</li><li>Engineer the implementation of applications and provide ongoing support using enterprise tools within the hardware technologies delivered.</li><li>Focus on enterprise solution engineering by providing comprehensive, documented information to support technical solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with various teams, including Enterprise Architects, Service Desk, Tier 2 Support Technicians, CyberSecurity, and other functions as needed, to ensure efficient and effective technical support and implementation.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and architectural diagrams to support end-user technology solutions.</li><li>Work with end users to understand how technology is being used to provide solutions that meet business needs within the company standards and technology portfolio.</li><li>Manage all components of application packaging, including the ability to reverse engineer existing packages to meet  company standards, evolving functionality, and business needs.</li><li>Support virtual solutions such as Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.</li><li>Navigate and implement enterprise security models using EPM, PAS, PIM, and other Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) designs.</li><li>Participate in mergers and acquisitions, engaging with consultants and vendors to support carving out divestiture and fold-in acquisition actions.</li><li>Manage incidents, perform issue problem management to prevent issues, and support current state operations.</li><li>Stay current with supported technologies and processes to proactively map out changes that support current technical solutions.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support a large, publicly traded, global enterprise, with a commitment to being on call 24/7 to address any critical issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.</li></ul>Key Competencies:(Job Function specific; simplified list with link to full description by Career Stage in MyHR.)<ul><li>Analytical decision making</li><li>Influential communication</li><li>Business focused delivery</li><li>Inspiring accountability</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Project management</li><li>Cross-boundary collaboration</li><li>Managing change</li><li>Design Excellence</li><li>Planning &amp; prioritizing work</li></ul>Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:Required Qualifications:Knowledge &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in end-user technology management, particularly with Microsoft, Dell products.</li><li>Strong proficiency with enterprise tools such as MS Intune, MECM, MS MDT, Apple ABM, and Apple ADE.</li><li>Extensive experience in Tier 3 engineering roles, focusing on enterprise solution engineering.</li><li>Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed technical documents and architectural diagrams.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams, including Enterprise Architects, Helpdesk, Servicedesk, Tier 2 Support Technicians, CyberSecurity, and more.</li><li>Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to empathize with end-users and understand their needs, acting as a business solutions analyst.</li><li>Expertise in managing all components of application packaging, including the ability to reverse engineer existing packages for repackaging according to company standards.</li><li>Experience in supporting virtual solutions like Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise security models, including EPM, PAS, PIM, and other Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) designs.</li><li>Experience participating in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions and engaging with consultants and vendors to support related actions.</li><li>Willingness and ability to be on call 24/7 to support a global enterprise.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Relevant certifications in Microsoft and Apple technologies.</li><li>Experience in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell or similar tools.</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
