Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out an array of duties for all warehouse functions for the inbound, and outbound, inventory cycle counts and/or managing, retrieving, and organizing stock. Warehouse Associates may also be required to attend to other tasks as determined by the Distribution Center Supervisor or Manager.<ul><li>Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations and policy requirements. </li><li>Maintains quality standards with performance, defects, damages, and quantity.</li><li>Fulfill customer order requirements with efficiency and accuracy to meet delivery expectations.</li><li>Maintain a clean work area while following all implemented 5’s standards.</li><li>Participates in sustainability initiatives. </li><li>Work with the Distribution Center Supervisor to identify and execute productivity and quality for the DC. </li><li>Manage the use of facility vehicles such as lift trucks, sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. </li><li>Responsible for adhering to and maintaining ISO standards.</li><li>Maintain professional skills by attending regularly scheduled training such as safety, quality, and performance. </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.</li><li>Can read work orders, safety instructions, or operating manuals written in English (preferred).</li><li>Basic computer skills (preferred).</li><li>Forklift certification preferred. </li><li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.</li><li>Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts as needed.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.</li><li>Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for 4 or more hours at a time.</li><li>Shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm; Monday through Friday</li><li>Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour</li><li>Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour</li></ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
