You will collaborate with various teams to support financial processes, compliance requirements, and overall operational efficiency. The role supports senior Asset Compliance in monitoring operation activities<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key responsibilities and Authorities<ul><li>Maintain and update permits tracker, obligations register, and documental archive for each asset.</li><li>Maintain a landowner register and prepare the landowner advance, minimum and variable year end payments. Liaise with the legal and finance team to meet the required T&amp;C.</li><li>Support SPVs governance engaging with local communities, landowners, and authorities (including secretary tasks if needed), and where required coordinating with project partners for technical/financial regular reporting.</li><li>Support OPEX and budgeting processes, overseeing business-related PRs/Pos to ensure compliance with Company policies.</li><li>Support relationships with insurance brokers for claim assessment and follow-up.</li><li>Support service contracts and ensure fulfillment of related warranties in collaboration with the other COO areas (IT, HSQE, Asset Maintenance, Asset Excellence and Asset Performance).</li><li>Collaborate with the P&amp;C (Planning &amp; Control) function to fulfill commercial asset management and accounting processes, including administrative tasks, invoicing, intercompany reconciliations, month-end and year-end journals, accruals, and cash collection.</li><li>Work in the creation and support of quarterly reports in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.</li><li>Support the local accounting advisor during year-end financial statement preparation.</li><li>Assist the audit firm during semi-annual and annual audit activities.</li><li>When required, behave as a backup of the Compliance Manager</li></ul>Health &amp; Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) Key responsibilities and AuthoritiesUphold effective HSQE standards across the portfolioTechnical and cross Competences (Optional)<ul><li>Good understanding of industrial plants or energy assets (preferred)</li><li>Advanced IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.</li><li>Knowledge of the local national regulatory framework and permitting processes and procedures, high valued.</li><li>Good knowledge of complex ERP, with prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, highly valued.</li></ul>Managerial skills and behaviours (Optional)<ul><li>Interest in asset management</li><li>Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Proactive, structured and detail-oriented approach</li><li>Ability to work in a team and support senior professionals</li></ul>Education and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar)Additional education or exposure to economics, finance or asset management is a plusTravel Requirements (Optional)Travel to and from site across the region required but would be infrequent.
