Atua na criação, publicação e distribuição de conteúdos corporativos para a América Latina, manutenção de canais internos (Viva Engage, MyAggreko), elaboração de apresentações e relatórios, suporte a eventos e campanhas, além da organização do acervo de fotos e vídeos. Contribui para a revisão e redação de materiais em português, inglês e espanhol, fortalecendo a cultura organizacional e as ações de mudança.Responsibilities· Suporte no desenvolvimento, publicação e distribuição uma variedade de materiais e conteúdo (imagem e texto) para publicações corporativas na América Latina, facilitando assim, as iniciativas de mudança dentro do negócio.· Garantir que os colaboradores da organização tenham acesso a informações e conhecimentos de negócios.· Fomentar os canais já existentes de comunicação – Yammer, MyAggreko.· Preparar apresentações e relatórios.· Apoiar aos eventos e campanhas da área de Recursos Humanos.· Manter organizado o acervo de fotos e vídeos dos eventos internos.· Elaborar textos e revisão de materiais em português, inglês e espanhol.Key performance indicators· Cumprimento de prazos· Suporte em campanhas internas· Participação ativa nas campanhas internas· Feedback dos stakeholders internos (RH, líderes, áreas parceiras)Location: Jaguariuna-SPEqual employment opportunityWe welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
