The Business Analyst will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement integrations and process improvements across HR systems. This role focuses on optimizing the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process, integrating Workday with Oracle EBS and other vendor applications (ADP, KPMG and various boutique and custom applications), and ensuring seamless data exchange.
