We're looking for a Director to run the operation. Availability to travel to the US (Washington, California), and Trujillo, Spain, for about 3 to 6 months </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop a high-performing team while establishing the new Reactor Build Center in a newly constructed facility, ensuring all tools, infrastructure, and processes are put in place. </li><li>Oversee daily operations of reactor assembly, integration, and testing, driving efficiency, quality, and safety through optimized workflows and continuous improvement.</li><li>Partner closely with engineering teams in Spain, the EU, and the U.S. to support prototype builds, production changes, and equipment installations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field with 8+ years of experience in industrial machinery, semiconductor equipment, or high-tech equipment assembly environments and 3+ years of people-management experience in production, assembly, or technical operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with complex mechanical and electrical systems. Exposure to vacuum systems, CVD/PVD equipment, automation, or precision mechanical assemblies is preferred. </li><li>Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is a must.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience scaling teams and processes.</li></ul><br><div>Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life.
