We’re seeking a Quality Manager to establish and own production quality management, help build the team, and carry us through ISO certification and audits. This is a chance to help a growing company create a quality management system efficiently and leveraging the latest automation tools that can minimize time-to-market.Responsibilities:<ul style=""><li>Owns the development, certification, and maintenance of the Quality Management System</li><li>Lead author for new quality system documentation</li><li>Plans and coordinates audits for ISO9001 and UL factory cert</li><li>Contributes to new product development by providing certification and compliance methods.</li><li>Contributes to the optimization of manufacturing processes to keep overhead low and reduce production timelines</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style=""><li>Minimum 5 years with manufacturing operations in an ISO-certified quality management system</li><li>Experience with mulitple ISO9001 audits, specifically in planning internal audits and participating in external audits.</li><li>Strong skills in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira) and developing automated workflows</li><li>Good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly and production methods</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul style=""><li>Experience in a management or leadership role, making hiring and staffing decisions</li><li>Knowledge of UL 9540, NFPA, NEC and other Battery Energy Storage requirements</li><li>Strong understanding of ISO, TUV, and UL certification and auditing practices</li><li>BS in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or similar engineering</li></ul>Critical Loop is an equal opportunity employer.
