This is a chance to help a growing company implement a new quality management system efficiently and leveraging the latest automation tools that can minimize time-to-market.Responsibilities:<ul style=""><li>Participates in the development, certification, and maintenance of the Quality Management System</li><li>Helps create new quality system documents and automate workflows, supporting ISO and UL audits</li><li>Ensures that Battery Energy Systems and other products conform to quality standards.</li><li>Resolve non-conforming material issues arising in production and keep the production line moving.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style=""><li>Experience in manufacturing operations in an ISO-certified quality management system</li><li>Strong skills in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira) and developing automated workflows</li><li>Good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly and production methods for products involving industrial electronics and controls</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and documentation</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul style=""><li>Experience with multiple ISO9001 audits, specifically in planning internal audits and participating in external audits.</li><li>3 years experience working in a manufacturing quality management system</li><li>Knowledge of UL 9540, NFPA, NEC, and other Battery Energy Storage requirements</li><li>Understanding of ISO, TUV, and UL certification and auditing practices</li><li>BS in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or similar engineering</li></ul>Critical Loop is an equal opportunity employer.
