Our ANZ Pavement team is looking to recruit an experienced Associate Director to join our Melbourne office. In this role, you will drive delivery of pavement projects for our Australian and New Zealand teams. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in technical excellence and innovation in pavement engineering across a range of complex infrastructure projects.  As a valued member of the Pavements team, opportunities will exist to be involved in a project from the earliest stages of planning, design, and all the way through to construction phase services.How you’ll make a difference<ul><li>Leading the technical delivery of pavement projects and working closely with other disciplines</li><li>Applying strong knowledge of national pavement design standards, materials, and construction methods</li><li>Preparing and reviewing design reports, specifications and drawings across all project phases</li><li>Reviewing and interpreting pavement investigation and testing data (e.g. FWD, HWD, GPR, LWD, profiler and surface friction testing)</li><li>Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical development</li></ul>
