We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director level candidate for our Ports &amp; Marines to join our team in Perth, Australia. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.How you’ll make a difference:<ul><li>Lead and deliver large-scale, technically complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine infrastructure, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Provide strategic technical direction and leadership across project lifecycles, mentoring engineers at all levels to support capability development and succession planning.</li><li>Ensure rigorous compliance with local and international maritime codes and standards, while proactively managing risk and safety considerations.</li><li>Build and sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-impact engineering solutions.</li><li>Champion innovation in structural design, drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes, and represent the company as a thought leader through industry publications, conference presentations, and professional forums.</li></ul>
