You will be member of the central Group Marketing Communications Team, with direct focus on the sales segment, especially the fast-growing retail sales business in our European subsidiaries. Essential responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and support processes as well as campaigns at the subsidiaries aligned with the group requirements</li><li>Control the consistency of MET's image and appearance</li><li>Collect the needs of the subsidiaries and offer them useful solutions to improve their own business for measurable business results</li><li>Provide digital support (developing the website, online platforms, systems) and any additional online or offline support (campaigns-ATL/BTL, market research and questionnaires, merchandising, designing/creating leaflets, fact sheets, supporting event management, branding the offices, shops)</li><li>Oversee social media management activities to enhance brand presence both a divisional and country level Utilize digital marketing techniques to engage with the audience</li><li>Reporting to the Group M&amp;C Director, you will work closely together with the Head of Marketing Western European Division, the local marketing experts, as well as with our agencies</li></ul>
