We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Organize, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from a variety of different sources and identify data quality improvements</li><li>Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage processes within the headcount tracking and management that aid in workforce forecasts with various stakeholders</li><li>Lead, evaluate, and manage all People related systems and tools in order to enable the team to work at optimal operational efficiency</li><li>Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data to develop visually compelling and informative reports and dashboards</li><li>Execute current people analytics deliverables along with innovating for future efficiency</li><li>Supports other People related programs or ad hoc requests</li></ul>What you need: <ul><li>5+ years of experience supporting Data Analytics</li><li>Strong understanding of People data and the employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development etc.)</li><li>Experience in data visualization tools</li><li>Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and broader leadership team</li><li>Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information</li><li>Excels in problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking</li><li>Strong writer and verbal communicator to internal and external audiences, with proven ability to influence and communicate effectively</li><li>Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity; you’ll need to define your own role at times and fill in gaps wherever needed</li></ul>Bonus/Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in related HR disciplines (compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance)</li><li>Project Management certification</li><li>Proficient with Greenhouse, Tableau, and various People Systems</li></ul>Archer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
