You’ll own Antora’s treasury operations today while growing into a broader FP&amp;A leadership role over time.  Roles &amp; Responsibilities Treasury &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Own day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, account / entity oversight, and liquidity management</li><li>Design and manage compliant processes for inter-company cash transfers across a growing number of legal entities</li><li>Support compliance with debt financing requirements, including covenant monitoring and lender reporting</li><li>Build scalable treasury processes that grow with the business </li></ul>FP&amp;A &amp; Strategic Finance Support<ul><li>Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to support key strategic decisions</li><li>Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis</li><li>Dive into models when needed while collaborating closely with a senior FP&amp;A analyst </li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li><ul><li>Serve as a trusted finance partner across the organization</li><li>Build strong relationships with Accounting, Legal, and external stakeholders</li><li>Operate with openness, humility, and a strong sense of ownership</li></ul></li></ul> Key Qualifications <ul><li>A minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in tax strategy and execution.</li><li>Manager-level experience in Treasury, FP&amp;A, or a combination of both</li><li>Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and inter-company transactions</li><li>FP&amp;A experience supporting executive-level decision-making</li><li>Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely</li><li>Comfort operating in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment</li><li>Alignment with Antora’s values: openness, joy, teamwork, and mission-driven execution</li></ul>  Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CASalary Range:  $147,000 USD - $160,000 USDSalary Basis:  AnnualPlease note that the salary range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position.
