To support our continued growth, we’re creating a new role and are looking for an experienced Financial Treasury Specialist (f/m/x) to strengthen our finance organization. What you’ll do<ul><li>Manage daily cash management and short-term liquidity forecasting</li><li>Oversee banking relationships, debt facilities, and debt compliance</li><li>Monitor financial covenants and intercompany funding</li><li>Manage FX exposure and payment authorization frameworks</li><li>Drive cash reporting, liquidity stress testing, and process improvements</li><li>Supervise cash application, employee reimbursements, T&amp;E, credit cards, and sales commissions</li><li>Support financial reporting and accounting processes, including invoice management and payroll entries</li></ul>Identify opportunities for automation and optimization across finance processesWhat we’re looking for<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Corporate Finance, or Accounting/Treasury roles</li><li>Hands-on expertise in cash, debt, and working capital management</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/finance systems</li><li>Comfortable building processes in a newly created role</li><li>Experience in international, multi-entity environments is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-changing startup environment</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>A newly created, high-impact role with real ownership</li><li>A company with a clear purpose and positive climate impact</li><li>A competitive salary from 28.000 - 38.000 EUR/ p.a. depending on experience</li><li>Flexible working hours and hybrid work model</li><li>Up to 4 weeks per year of fully remote work</li><li>Private health insurance or pension plan</li><li>International, collaborative team and Scandinavian-inspired culture</li><li>Strong opportunities for growth and development</li></ul>
