We pride ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable solutions, that minimise the use of natural resources. <h2>The Role</h2>This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Technician with extensive Civil 3D experience to join our growing team in the Bengaluru office.  You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Civil 3D models and CAD drawings across all stages of design for some of the most exciting, high-profile civil engineering projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and globally. These projects span a diverse range of sectors, offering you exposure to technically challenging and prestigious developments. As an integral part of our well-established and dynamic Infrastructure team, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and other design professionals across various disciplines.  Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate and detailed infrastructure and utility models using AutoCAD Civil 3D, supporting the design and delivery of roads, drainage, utilities, and other civil infrastructure components. We are looking for someone with strong technical proficiency, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for quality and innovation in digital design. This role offers a fantastic platform to grow your career while contributing to landmark projects that shape urban landscapes around the world.<h2>The Skills</h2>To be considered for this role, you will hold a relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar infrastructure-focused environment. During this time, you will have developed robust technical expertise in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, having applied these tools extensively on large-scale infrastructure, roads and utility design projects. You will be highly proficient in planning and managing your workload to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards. A clear communicator, you are comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and CAD/BIM specialists, ensuring smooth coordination and integration of design deliverables. Your software skillset will include advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and the Autodesk Construction Cloud environment. You will have a track record of producing detailed and accurate models for utility infrastructure systems—including potable water pipelines, foul sewer and stormwater drainage networks, electrical and telecom ductwork systems, and other below-ground utilities. A strong proficiency in Civil 3D is crucial, with particular expertise in modelling surface terrain, corridor alignments, and earthworks volumes, which are fundamental to successful infrastructure design. Equally important is a solid understanding of clash detection and resolution workflows using Navisworks.
