Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Engineer to lead and oversee mechanical engineering activities for large-scale aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects, particularly airport terminal building.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee the development of mechanical systems for airport terminal buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into the terminal design.</li><li>Manage and coordinate mechanical engineering activities across all project phases, from concept to commissioning.</li><li>Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.</li><li>Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure mechanical systems are installed as per design and quality standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.</li><li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.</li><li>Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices into mechanical systems.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest technologies and innovations in airport terminal mechanical systems.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding mechanical engineering matters.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports for clients and project teams.</li></ul>
