A key focus is on driving simplicity and sustainability in procurement practices while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.Your responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Develop and implement flawless sourcing strategies for assigned categories.</li><li>Lead category planning and execution to achieve cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process improvement.</li><li>Conduct market research, supplier risk assessments, and sourcing events.</li><li>Lead, manage, and support all procurement activities for goods and services relating to: Production sites, Corporate Services, Opex, Capital, Efficiency Projects, Central Services.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.</li><li>Lead, develop, and complete contract negotiations and manage supplier performance through critical metrics and service level agreements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal collaborators to grasp procurement needs and ensure early engagement.</li><li>Share procurement strategies and progress with collaborators and senior management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with country regulations, including taxes, customs, etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with global and regional procurement policies.</li></ul>As a Procurement Specialist, you already are or will have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, CIPS qualification, or equivalent.</li><li>5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.</li><li>Experience in procurement and sourcing for large industrial facilities.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP and eSourcing and analytical skills required tools is an advantage.</li><li>Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) beneficial.</li><li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaborator management.</li><li>Analytical approach with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and driven.</li><li>Language skills required – English and Russian/Uzbek.</li></ul>Work conditions and benefits package<ul><li>Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions</li><li>Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)</li><li>The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Karshi, Kashkadarya Region</li><li>When relocating to Karshi a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rentan apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)</li><li>Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocationof the employee and family members to the place of destination)</li><li>Annual leave – 21 calendar days.
