From inspecting components before assembly to conducting root cause analyses, your expertise will help deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Champion Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.</li><li>Use Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) to measure the reactivity of uncured epoxy and report glass transition temperature.</li><li>Understand use of and maintenance of a respirator.</li><li>Use rheometer to measure plasticity of silicone.</li><li>Measure weight and density of epoxy.</li><li>Documenting and analyzing test results of various chemicals.</li><li>Mix and handle various chemicals using proper PPE.</li><li>Monitor the shelf life of various chemicals.</li><li>Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.
