You will be expected to work as part of a high-functioning team: working with architectural guidelines, offering support to colleagues, limiting technical debt, spiking solutions to problems, presenting new code and features, and more.<h2>What you'll be doing:</h2><ul><li>Designing, building, testing and operating software solutions for building construction use cases incl. inbound logistics, issue tracking, quality assurance, and scheduling</li><li>Working alongside our R&amp;D department on an autonomous construction initiative</li><li>Working in a cloud infrastructure environment, managing complex software deployments</li><li>Acting as a bridge between digital product delivery &amp; physical construction site activities, ensuring both are aligned and integrated</li><li>Bringing a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to monitor, maintain, and improve software uptime including reliable updates, latency, and efficiency</li><li>Helping ensure we are meeting SLAs/SLOs as well as other important KPIs like e.g. installation time for building elements</li></ul><h2>What you bring:</h2><ul><li>You are a full-stack software engineer</li><li>You possess practical experience in key areas of modern software development, including infrastructure, observability, testing, deployment pipelines, quality assurance, and scaling</li><li>You have supported large-scale user-facing software systems in cloud environments</li><li>You have worked in companies with strong operational cultures, ideally in logistics or manufacturing – understanding the commercial impact of system downtime </li><li>You have experience with all the following technologies and are proficient in some of them:<ul><li> Kotlin / SpringBoot</li><li> Typescript / React</li><li> Kubernetes</li><li> PostgreSQL</li><li> Cloud Operations (Azure is a bonus)</li></ul></li><li>You are familiar with monitoring and alerting practices for production systems</li><li>You have experience working with SLAs/SLOs</li><li>You are willing to travel to our construction sites in the DACH region whenever needed and within Germany for in-person team events</li></ul><h2>What We Offer:</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 28 vacation days.  </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you. Feel like traveling and working from another location?
