You will have a strong focus on the local Buildings business and will have the opportunity to drive progress and create impact while developing relationships throughout the organization, both nationally and internationally.The key focus areas of the role include:Business Controlling​ / Enhanced Business Advisory<ul><li>Applies mindset of proactive, forward looking and value creation in daily activities.</li><li>Attends management meetings and presents financial results</li><li>Proactively flags risks and opportunities to management and follows up on actions</li><li>Working Capital – including WIP Analysis, Risk &amp; Opportunities/Contingency management</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Oversee Income Statement reporting (including Income Statement analysis)</li><li>Perform root cause analysis (including Staff Costs, Margins, Billing Ratio/Non Productive time )</li><li>Prepare management reporting commentary for relevant stakeholders</li><li>Ad hoc financial reporting as required (including year end audit)</li><li>Project analysis and reporting including – customer/project profitability/project mix vs. targets and potential risks and opportunities</li></ul>Planning &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Manage the budgeting/forecasting process through consultation and review with management</li><li>Ensure the budget and forecast is accurate and is bought into by business leaders</li></ul>Continuous improvement<ul><li>Take an active lead in the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives</li></ul>About you From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
