You will work as an AI Engineer in a cross functional team. Your expertise will drive the delivery of innovative AI-powered features, ensuring OVO Energy remains a leader in providing seamless and tailored experiences for our customers. This role is an opportunity to leverage AI for a sustainable future while pushing the boundaries of technology. Your key outcomes will be:<ul><li>Working closely within a cross-functional product team of Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Data Engineers to build and scale our contact centre AI solution as the dedicated AI Engineer.</li><li>Building Agentic AI solutions in production. Developing and maintaining the training, evaluation, deployment and operations of AI Agents.
