Responsibilities <ul><li>Support the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, and tenders in response to client requests</li><li>Ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and company policies and procedures.</li><li>Continuously improve the bid management process, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in the bid process.</li><li>Manage and prioritize multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all bids.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to minimize risks associated with bid submissions.</li><li>Support the commercial negotiations of the project together with the Sales Manager. Reflecting those agreements into the contractual documents.</li><li>Liaising with the legal team to compile the first drafts. </li><li>Reviewing contractual documents to make sure conditions are within the company accepted policies and align with Supplier Ts &amp; Cs, when applicable.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, legal background or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in contractual negotiation, with experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of BESS technology (project management and engineering principles) </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and synthetize.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members.</li><li>Solution oriented person.
