The role is part of a Sofia‑based analyst team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Partnering – Commercial.</li></ul>Principal AccountabilitiesFinancial Analysis &amp; Insight<ul><li>Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis, scenario modelling, and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.</li><li>Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for all revenue‑generating functions.</li></ul>Performance Reporting<ul><li>Assist in the end‑to‑end financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.</li><li>Monitor and analyze revenue and cost performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline and automate reporting processes, leveraging best practices and technology.</li><li>Reflect the move to ‘SaaS metrics’ to help build sales and revenue driver models using new MI data to provide insights into causal variance analysis</li></ul>Finance Partnering<ul><li>Serve as a finance partner to leaders across Commercial, Analytics, Consulting, and Marketing functions providing commercial insight and challenge to drive business performance.</li><li>Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business drivers and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.</li></ul>Automation &amp; Digital ToolsPurpose: Increase speed‑to‑insight, reduce manual work, and improve decision quality by standardising on core platforms and automations across Commercial Finance.Core platforms cover the following areas and experience of these systems will be helpful to the application<ul><li>Anaplan (FP&amp;A &amp; Planning)</li><li>Power BI (MI / Dashboards)</li><li>NetSuite (Source Ledger)</li><li>Salesforce &amp; Pipeline MI</li><li>Snowflake / Data Warehouse</li></ul>Automation &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Data hygiene &amp; controls: define and run quality checks (duplicate IDs, missing dimensions, timing lags); implement exception reports and alerting for material variances before monthly close.</li><li>Self‑service enablement: document “how‑to” guides and quick‑start pages for key dashboards; create one‑page metric definitions to reduce ad‑hoc queries and improve adoption.</li><li>Change &amp; decommission: identify manual reports suitable for decommission; maintain a backlog of automation candidates with estimated time saved and expected impact.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior finance leadership in Uk and Sofia alongside cross‑finance and functional teams.</li><li>Support audit and compliance requirements, maintaining and improving internal controls.</li></ul>
