This position is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and keen to develop within a dynamic project environment focused on advanced technology and high reliability.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist project managers in the planning, monitoring, and administration of project schedules, resources, and budgets.</li><li>Assist in resource utilisation tracking and support PMs in capacity planning activities.</li><li>Liaising with workstream leads to support schedule updates and reporting.</li><li>Support the maintenance and update of project documentation (and storage in configuration management system), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.</li><li>Support project managers with the creation of project dashboards, KPIs and RAG summaries to aid decision making.</li><li>Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and progress, escalating concerns as necessary. Maintain project risk and opportunity registers.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items to help keep projects on track.</li><li>Support procurement activities by tracking PO/PR status and coordinating with procurement where relevant.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.</li><li>Support audit preparation as required.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a Project Support/PM/PMO role is desirable.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Ideally with experience in setting up and maintaining robust schedules within Microsoft Project</li><li>Experience with configuration/documentation management is desirable, but not essential.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Sound judgement - understanding when to own &amp; brief and when to escalate.</li><li>A working knowledge of SAP PTC Windchill would be beneficial but not essential.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
