Job Title End Line SpecialistDepartment End DepartmentReports to Maintenance Supervisor, End LineEmployment Status Regular, Full-Time FLSA Classification Non-ExemptLocation USA – Olyphant, PA (greater Scranton, PA Area) Travel 0-5%  Position Summary End Line Specialist will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables  <ul><li>Ensure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification. sheets. </li><li>Ability to do troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment. </li><li>Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheets.</li><li>Check accuracy and quality of finished ends.</li><li>Locate, clear, and troubleshoot problematic jams. </li><li>Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels.</li><li>Perform regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery. </li><li>Actively lead the maintenance team during line changeover. </li><li>Train and assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks.</li><li>Ability to train technicians on process troubleshooting. properly.</li><li>Knowledge of the shell press, liners, and conversion press.</li><li>Develop and maintain SOPs for department.</li><li>Comply with all Health &amp; Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
