A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU <ul><li>Developing and designing hydropower plants</li><li>Preparing feasibility studies, technical reports, engineering drawings, , cost estimates, specifications, and project documentation</li><li>Provision of technical expertise for studies, design, tendering and implementation of hydropower projects</li><li>Provide technical support during bidding, procurement, and construction phases</li><li>Conduct site visits and work closely with field teams to ensure project objectives are met</li><li>Ensure the quality of design tasks and deliverables by adhering to established quality procedures</li><li>Overall project management and project execution</li><li>Support the business development in hydropower (from elaboration of technical and financial proposals to contract negotiations and contract signature)</li><li>Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project execution</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders regarding project status and progress</li><li>Promote a positive work environment and contribute to professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.</li></ul> A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US <ul><li>Master’s degree in hydropower engineering or a related field</li><li>Proven professional experience in studies and implementation of hydropower consultancy and advisory services</li><li>Experience in the design, layout and development of hydropower plants </li><li>Ability to easily structure complex problems, and communicate results to clients and stakeholders</li><li>Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations </li><li>Experience with planning and analysis software is desirable</li><li>Strong analytical skills and technical understanding</li><li>Independent, structured, systematic, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to work</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English </li><li>French language skills are beneficial but not a must</li><li>Willingness to travel abroad and visit project sites.</li></ul>In addition to your technical and commercial skills, you are communicative, responsible, ready to travel abroad, and an advanced user of MS Office.
