Since 2016, NEX China has supported the growth of 400+ innovative companies through programs such as the EXCEL Accelerator and the LG Energy Solution Battery Challenge.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Position Overview  </strong></h3><p>Responsible for managing clean-energy and climate-technology projects implemented in China, maintaining and expanding existing cooperative relationships, and promoting the development of new business areas. </p><h3></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Based on the company’s overall strategic direction, develop project implementation roadmaps; continuously optimize project design by collecting feedback from partners and clients and integrating team experience and industry insights.  </li><li>Translate project roadmaps into concrete, executable plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.  </li><li>Expand and maintain commercial and strategic cooperation networks, including utilities, corporations, think tanks, and innovation platforms.  </li><li>Support business development, strategic communications, and fundraising to advance projects from pilot stage to scale.  </li><li>Work closely with the Program Director to ensure project delivery aligns with funders’ missions and objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above; passionate about driving energy transition; proven experience designing and managing innovative projects in China and internationally. </li><li>Entrepreneurial growth mindset; able to advance solutions quickly in fast-paced, information-scarce environments; strong learning and adaptability skills.</li><li>Experience in accelerators/incubators, project management, impact investment, or related fields.</li><li>Capable of integrating expert insights through independent research and external feedback to formulate practical project strategies and work plans with clear, measurable objectives.</li><li>Skilled at collaborating across multidisciplinary, multicultural teams; excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Able to drive complex projects independently with high self-motivation and accountability. </li><li>High integrity and professional ethics.</li><li>Fluency in Chinese and English with outstanding written and oral communication skills; able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders such as investment funds, banks, academia, and regulatory bodies; all project reports and evaluations must be written in English, so English writing proficiency is essential.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:  </strong>Background in consulting or new-energy industries</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3><strong>How to Apply:</strong></h3><p>Please send your Workable application by clicking on the <strong>"APPLY FOR THIS JOB"</strong> button at the bottom of the page.
