Position DescriptionFlexGen is seeking a Business Development Director to lead strategic engagement with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms that design and construct utility-scale energy storage projects. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in EPC project delivery who can bridge the gap between technical execution and commercial opportunity. The BDD-EPC will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with EPCs, supporting project development and execution, and ensuring FlexGen’s solutions are seamlessly integrated into large-scale energy storage deployments.
