Responsibilities <ul><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Provide Support on the elaboration of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Provide technical support for the preparation and review of BESS Maintenance offers in coordination with the Sales team.</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Support the review of technical documentation – like technical diagrams and engineering reports – for different BESS sales proposals</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Elaborate performance reports and develop different KPI’s for O&amp;M activities.</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Provide support for the O&amp;M crew developing long term maintenance strategies based on the Performance Reports</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering – no experience needed.</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Strong interest in renewable energy projects and BESS systems.</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Ability to have a professional conversation with English speakers (Level B2 of English or higher).</li><li style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;">Availability to work in the field a maximum of 15% of the time.</li></ul>
