This highly independent role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and recommending enhancements to existing business processes. The ideal candidate will leverage operational and performance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support their implementation across multiple departments.YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Research and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Collect and evaluate operational and performance data to uncover trends and root causes.</li><li>Recommend and design optimized processes to improve operational efficiency, quality, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Develop detailed documentation, including:<ul><li>Process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams</li><li>Standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Project plans and implementation timelines</li></ul></li><li>Support and coordinate cross-functional working sessions during the design and execution phases of process improvement projects.</li><li>Create training materials and communication content to support rollouts of new or revised processes.</li><li>Facilitate or deliver training sessions to ensure consistent adoption of new processes across impacted business units.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout process change efforts.</li><li>Monitor performance post-implementation and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>OR equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Ability to travel 25%.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.</li><li>Knowledge of change management and business transformation practices.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional efforts.</li><li>Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and workflow design.</li><li>Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming software.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this office-based role.
