<ul><li>The role focuses on translating design intent into practical, safe and compliant access systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the design engineering of façade access and maintenance systems for new and existing buildings. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and develop façade access drawings, feasibility diagrams layouts, details and sketches using CAD and relevant software to incorporate in the project repot and specification.  </li></ul><ul><li>Translate conceptual façade access strategies into clear technical drawings suitable for design development and construction stages.  </li></ul><ul><li>Clear knowledge in application of façade access systems including BMUs, davits, monorails, rope access provisions and other forms of access required to work at height.  </li></ul><ul><li>Support façade and façade access design teams on appropriate façade access strategies and proposals. </li></ul><ul><li>Review design information and drawing submissions for compliance with project requirements, legislation and applicable codes and standards. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to the assessment of façade access requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated and practical design solutions. </li></ul>Skills and Attributes <ul><li>Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Should be capable of multi-tasking. </li><li>Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative. </li><li>Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision. </li><li>Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills and technical / industry jargons.  </li><li>Clear communication skills and a professional commitment to engineering best practice. </li><li>Results focused. </li><li>Desire to be challenged. </li></ul>
