This position will play a key role in ensuring the functionality of machines and equipment, providing mentorship to junior technicians, and collaborating with engineers to optimize systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background with hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems and a strong ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve manufacturing equipment. </span></div><div> </div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Oversee and assist in the assembly and installation of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on new equipment. </li><li>Work closely with engineers to ensure that all equipment meets design specifications and performance standards. </li><li>Lead efforts in assembling machinery and equipment components based on technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. </li><li>Conduct rigorous testing of newly assembled machines, troubleshooting any mechanical or electrical issues to ensure functionality and reliability. </li><li>Modify and optimize equipment to meet operational requirements and improve performance. </li><li>Lead and mentor junior technicians in troubleshooting, offering guidance to enhance their skills and ensure proper system operation. </li><li>Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing equipment, proactively addressing issues to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime. </li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment longevity and performance. </li><li>Work closely with engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all technical aspects of machine builds and systems are thoroughly executed. </li><li>Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and providing hands-on training to foster growth and development within the team. </li><li>Lead efforts to develop best practices, improve workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. </li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of equipment assembly, modifications, test results, and maintenance activities. </li><li>Contribute to the creation and update of technical documentation, including operation manuals, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting procedures. </li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the assembly, installation, and testing phases. </li><li>Maintain quality control measures, ensuring that all equipment and systems meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certificate in electro-mechanics, industrial technology, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred. </li><li>3+ years of experience in engineering support, machine assembly, or equipment installation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. </li><li>Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, including electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and pneumatic components. </li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. </li><li>Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. </li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead by example, especially in high-pressure or fast-paced environments. </li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineering, production teams, and junior technicians effectively. </li></ul><h3>We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
