If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Leading reliability engineering for critical services through SRE best practices — defining SLIs/SLOs, managing error budgets, and conducting reliability reviews</li><li>Designing and operating resilient, highly available infrastructure (HA, redundancy, capacity planning) to ensure 99.9%+ service uptime with clear operational ownership</li><li>Owning observability by defining monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies that produce actionable insights and measurable service health</li><li>Driving automation-first mindset with Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, and standardization to reduce toil and improve reliability</li><li>Building and improving CI/CD and release reliability — implementing safe rollout patterns (canary, blue-green), automated deployments, and change risk controls</li><li>Engineering and testing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity capabilities — continuously enhancing RTO/RPO targets, backup/restore processes, and DR exercises</li><li>Embedding security by design — implementing security controls, hardening systems, managing secrets, enforcing least privilege, and supporting compliance requirements</li><li>Leading technical direction and incident management, mentoring engineers, driving postmortems, collaborating with Security and App teams, and continuously improving operational practices</li></ul>
