In addition, this position will also work closely with the other managers in the region and group to procure grain for the network.Details about what you will be doing:<ul><li>Work as a team along with the other Primient Grain facilities across the region and group for procurement of grain</li><li>Customer growth through on farm visits</li><li>Forecasting customer growth and total elevator origination</li><li>Manage truck logistics</li><li>Position Management and Basis Trading</li><li>Scale operations and grain grading</li><li>Hedging Grain through the futures market</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate will have:<ul><li>1 year of experience in country elevator or grain related business, preferred</li><li>Experience with Grain Marketing Software, preferred</li><li>Fluent with Microsoft Office</li><li>GED/High School Diploma required. College degree in a related Ag-Business field, preferred</li></ul>Travel RequiredSome US based travel required to other Primient locations and customers.<h3></h3><h1>Total Rewards</h1>The annual pay range estimated for this position is $59,688.00 - $74,610.00 and is bonus eligible.<h3></h3><div>Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
