We are hiring immediately for a BDM - Petrochem Sales Engineer for Aggreko Process Services (APS) based in Midwest- a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.Aggreko Process Services (APS) helps midstream terminal and processing facilities with overcoming process limitations and rapidly respond to critical issues and failures. They understand how a plant operates; engage in technical conversations with process engineers, operations managers, and maintenance leaders; and can provide high ROI applications in a short amount of time.                                                                     Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center</li><li>Base Salary range - $120, 000 - $150,000 USD per year</li><li>Uncapped quarterly bonus structure</li><li>Monthly car allowance</li><li>No cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Work with engineers to provide customized solutions for refinery &amp; petrochemical customers.</li><li>Directly sell through discovering pain points, downstream knowledge, technical application, and product application.</li><li>Deliver effective presentations to engineers, operations, maintenance, and site leadership on Aggreko Process Services value proposition.</li><li>Identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels and price determination, new product development initiatives to support prioritization, and return-on-investment decision-making.</li><li>Promote and track sales growth with weekly management of APS Salesforce opportunity pipeline and activities.</li><li>Travel ~30-40% overnight is expected.</li></ul>We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>2-5 years of direct business to business sales experience selling to refineries</li><li>Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or relevant experience in the refinery and petrochemical or midstream industry.</li><li>Knowledge of refinery and plant process units and economic drivers</li><li>Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)</li><li>Experience in working for, partnering, or serving production/operations and process engineering teams in the midstream and downstream oil &amp; gas sector</li></ul>General understanding of temporary equipment specifically temperature control: heat exchangers, chillers, power generation, and electrical distribution equipment.We recruit the best talent.
