We believe in the power of people and the long-term competitive advantage that can be derived from helping our employees achieve their fullest potential.Who we are looking forWe are looking for a Quality technician with a high level of attention to detail.  As a Quality technician, you will be responsible for interpreting basic engineering prints, ensuring component compliance with all written standards, and performing dimensional inspection using tools such as calipers and micrometers. We are currently hiring for first shift, 5 day work week, M-F,  7am-3:30pm and second shift, 4 day work week, M-Th, 3pm-1:30am.What you get to do!<ul><li>Perform inspections and tests according to defined measurement plans and report results. </li><li>Interface with quality and project engineering to provide information on test and inspection results.  </li><li>Ensure component compliance with all written standards </li><li>Accurately complete quality and traceability documentation for all activities </li><li>Participate in company culture of continuous improvement </li></ul>What you will bring to the team<ul><li>0- 3 years’ experience with manufacturing quality control </li><li>Experience in an AS9100 facility preferred</li><li>Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures, including basic knowledge of reading geometric dimensioning and tolerancing  </li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English is required </li><li>Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook. </li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to demonstrate attention to details </li></ul><h2>The BIG payoff </h2>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!<h2>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate </h2>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
