If you are excited about solving difficult problems and the opportunity to help define what an autonomous vehicle can be, we want to hear from you!</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will...</h3><ul><li>You will lead Strategic Finance at Zoox, including valuation, corporate development, and our long term financial strategy.</li><li>Own the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including identifying, assessing, and executing M&amp;A opportunities that accelerate Zoox’s mission.</li><li>Foster robust partnerships with both Zoox and Amazon stakeholders, acting as a key liaison and driving joint initiatives that unlock strategic synergies.</li><li>Manage high-visibility corporate strategy projects that tackle complex organizational challenges and provide the senior management team with actionable insights.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>12+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading the execution of M&amp;A activities, including target identification, financial valuation, and due diligence management.</li><li>Expertise in advanced financial modeling and valuations.</li><li>Proven track record of managing high-visibility strategic projects and presenting findings to executive-level leadership teams.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Past project or professional experience in the AV/mobility/transportation space.</li><li>MBA or advanced degree in engineering.</li><li>Experience working in a high-growth technology company navigating the scaling phase.</li></ul><br>
