We are looking for a commercial manager with an innovative streak, who has strong fundamentals in business development, commercial modelling and contracts, but also the capacity to think creatively about how to use different energy structures for the benefit of customers. It’s not necessary to have deep experience in all of the technologies and contract structures we’ll be exploring, but we’d like to see the experience of some and - crucially - the capacity and passion to learn quickly.</h3><h3>This role is designed for an ambitious, high-ceiling individual who wants to build on their experience and grow their career alongside our expansion.</h3></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do </h3><ul><li>Innovate with large business customers through a rapid build, test and learn approach on how we can save customers money, provide price certainty, support site resilience and reduce carbon emissions.</li><li>Develop commercial proposals for B2B energy propositions featuring PPAs, on-site renewables, battery storage and flexibility.  </li><li>Support business development, commercial modelling  and customer pipeline for these propositions. </li><li>Work closely with teams across OE Group and form partnerships with 3rd parties to stitch together the necessary capabilities and channels for commercial activation of our large business propositions. E.g.
