You will be responsible for building out SPAN’s enterprise security and compliance program.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><h2>Governance &amp; Compliance</h2><ul style=""><li>Documentation Lifecycle: Maintain and map security policies and standards to ensure continuous audit readiness.</li><li>Audit Leadership: Lead end-to-end audit cycles, including evidence collection and remediation.</li><li>Third-Party Risk: Conduct security assessments on vendors and partners to enforce compliance standards.</li></ul><h3>Technical Architecture</h3><ul style=""><li>Identity &amp; Access (IAM): Architect and implement a Zero Trust/Least Privilege IAM framework.</li><li>Network Security: Design and own the enterprise network security architecture.</li></ul><h3>Operations &amp; Defense</h3><ul style=""><li>Incident Response: Develop and maintain the IT security incident response plan.</li><li>Vulnerability Management: Drive enterprise-wide vulnerability scanning and remediation programs.</li></ul><h2>About you</h2><h3>Must Haves:</h3><ul style=""><li>10+ years of experience in enterprise security leadership and architectural roles.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge of security and privacy frameworks, including SOC2, CCPA, and NIST CSF 2.0.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of leading and successfully delivering complex security audits.</li><li>Deep technical proficiency in modern authentication and authorization protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth2.0).</li><li>Proven experience designing and deploying robust, scalable network security architectures.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Skills:</h3><ul style=""><li>Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate security workflows and evidence gathering.</li><li>Hands-on experience in penetration testing for both internal networks and diverse IT assets.</li><li>Practical experience implementing and managing hardware-backed, phishing-resistant systems like FIDO2.</li></ul><h1>Life at SPAN</h1>Our Bengaluru team plays a pivotal role in SPAN’s continued growth and expansion.
