You must be able to operate machinery to produce Trojan products and components. If you are ready to get charged in your careerAreas of FocusMaintenance Technician III focuses on performing electrical testing, motor testing, fuse/continuity check, voltage/resistance/current relationships, read and follow blueprints and draw schematics. Responsibilities<ul><li>Can perform all assigned duties of a Level I and Level II</li><li>Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals</li><li>Proficient in operating a wide variety of tools and instruments (including micrometers, calipers, voltmeters and other gauges; hand tools, power tools, computers)</li><li>Advise supervisor of problems and make suggestions and repairs as needed</li><li>Performs machinery and equipment examinations to troubleshoot for defects in operation; troubleshoots equipment containing a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) using ladder logic, other tools and analysis</li><li>Proficient working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance</li><li>Prepare reports on improving operations</li><li>Proficient in Ohm's Law (Electrical formulas and equations) and NEC (National Electric Code)</li><li>Will be required to fill in for Supervisor as needed and demonstrate leadership qualities </li><li>Be able to train lower level partners in all aspects of maintenance, safety, quality and production expectations</li><li>Understands and practices the concept of Customer Service as it relates to an internal customer</li><li>Must have and teach interpersonal skills and leads and drives teamwork culture</li><li>Must complete CPI Training (methodology)</li><li>Assist with training as needed  </li></ul>Basic Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>5-8 years' experience minimum in an industrial environment working within a maintenance (electrical/mechanical) department as a Maintenance Electrician/ Technician </li><li>Experience working with troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs – 3 years</li><li>Basic understanding of MS Office (Word / Excel)</li><li>Experience computing rate, ratio, and percent and drawing and interpreting bar graphs  </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Familiar with Rockwell software a plus</li></ul>if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
