Join us and work with fantastic people, while learning and developing yourself on projects that have a real impact to our communities and society.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.</li><li>You will be performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.</li><li>You will be preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.</li><li>You will be troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future, working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements</li><li>You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Technical Education, University Degree or above and major in Engineering with subject of Electrical or Mechanical or other relevant Industrial Engineering fields.</li><li>Less than 5 years of work experience in field service engineering or project engineering.</li><li>Preferring Field Service Work experience. Solid experience of technical management of international teams incl. team motivation.</li><li>Willing to travel (more than 50%).
